Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 24 hors of delivery if the product is:
Defective, damaged, or not as described.
Unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated through our Customer Service Team via email or phone during working hours.
Jaaara reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., mobile money, bank transfer, card).
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on Jaaara’s part.
Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by Jaaara.

Limitation of Liability: Jaaara shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party couriers, or misuse of products after delivery.
